Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 3/10/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2374.17 - $2601.48

Physical Therapist - HH needed asap for 13 weeksSchedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and one weekend a month rotation--- Required to prioritize start of care visits--- Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants--- Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits--- Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit--- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office--- Be generally responsive during normal business hoursRequirement: CA PT License and one year of Home Health experienceTerritory: Marin, Sonoma, and Napa County, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)Training: 3 full days, one in house and two in the fieldDocumentation System: KinnserEquipment Issued: iPad, Verizon One TalkMileage Reimbursement: $0.65.5/mile (from first to last patient)Parking and Toll Reimbursement: PaidCompany Car: Option with a decreased bill rate
