TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Oakland, California, 94609 Pay Information $2,772 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Dialysis Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid State License required at time of submission Certifications: CA RN, ACLS, BLS (All certs must be AHA and in hand at time of submission) Must-Have: Epic experience preferred Job Description: - Work in a 9-bed inpatient dialysis unit with patients diagnosed with ESRD, CHF, cardiac arrhythmias, respiratory failure, and post-procedural (CABG) care. - Travel to the ICU and other inpatient units to provide 1:1 dialysis for patients, including those on airborne precautions. - Operate Fresenius dialysis machines effectively. - Demonstrate working knowledge of patient care techniques, medications, treatments, and general health care procedures. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Provide basic patient care to a diverse patient population. - Read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. - Write legibly and effectively present ideas and document activities. - Demonstrate leadership abilities. - Address problems involving several variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
