  --- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
  --- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital experience
  --- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a PharmD or equivalent degree
  --- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of employment (or eligible for reciprocity) Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  --- Strong knowledge of drug therapies, dosing, interactions, and compounding practices
  --- Experience with electronic medication records and order entry systems (e.g., Pyxis, EPIC)
  --- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  --- Ability to function independently and make sound clinical decisions under pressure
  --- Knowledge of regulatory standards and hospital compliance requirements
