Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit Location: Oakland, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,835 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized care to critically ill or injured patients who require close monitoring and advanced medical support. The nurse is responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering medications, operating life-support equipment, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Requirements: Education: ADN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred). License: Active RN license (state-specific). Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience. Skills: Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
