Position Details Full-time, onsite (Monday"Friday) Outpatient only " no inpatient duties $100K"$120K signing bonus (select applicants) Relocation assistance available Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages Manage chronic conditions, wellness exams, and same-day visits Collaborate within an integrated care team and refer to specialists as needed Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities Qualifications MD or DO with California license and DEA registration Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine BLS certification; 3"5 years experience or completion of residency Spanish language skills a plus; EPIC experience preferred Benefits Competitive salary and incentive structure Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Loan repayment and CME benefits 403(b) with employer match, paid holidays, vacation, and CME time
