Job Description Job Description: Occupational Therapist – Full-Time (Direct Hire / Perm Placement) Full-time, direct hire staff Occupational Therapist Location: Hayward CA Shift: Day | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM No weekend rotation Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and patient-centered interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and functional independence Pay: $65.00–$70.00/hr Benefits: Full benefits package Requirements: Licensed Occupational Therapist Minimum 1 year experience required New grads not accepted COTA candidates not accepted Ability to work 40 hours per week BLS (if required by facility) Additional Details: Beds: 99 Order Type: Permanent Placement Class: P-DOR
