Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Oakland, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,979 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 24 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 24 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: - Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Case Management experience License: - CA RN License Certifications: - AHA BLS Must-Have: - Must be able to float to other facilities. - All RN positions require a BSN. - Must have prior travel experience within the last 12 months. - Must have both COVID vaccination and booster. Description: The RN Case Manager will work in a case management capacity. This role requires coordination of care for pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have experience with care coordination and discharge planning. Experience with charting systems is required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's in Nursing or a healthcare-related field. Experience in Trauma Level II facilities is required. The job involves working with patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, infants, and pediatrics. Candidates may be reassigned to different departments, units, or facilities if necessary.
