Job Description Job Description Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide basic hearing evaluation, otoscopic ear examination and manual cerumen removal in the SNF setting in N CA. Key Responsibilities: Conduct hearing assessments, otoscopic ear examinations and cerumen treatments and record in patient records Coordinate audiology services and ENT referrals with social services, nursing staff and primary care physician Travel to multiple SNF facilities in N CA setting your own schedule Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with active state license Provide your own transportation with vehicle, CA driver license and active liability insurance Two work references Company Description Senior Support Services, Inc is a Sub-chapter S CA medical corporation providing otoscopic ear examinations and therapeutic cerumen removal via lighted curette to SNF clients throughout N CA. We make specific recommendations to the primary care physician when appropriate such as audiology testing or further ENT evaluation. We do not prescribe any medications.
