Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric OR Location: Oakland, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,879 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/7/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years Pediatric Operating Room experience preferred License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: AHA BLS, PALS required; CNOR preferred Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster required Description: The position involves working in a Pediatric Operating Room setting. The focus is on a multidisciplinary team-based approach and staffing. Key responsibilities include supporting various surgical services including neurology, orthopedic, otolaryngology, urology, plastics, ophthalmology, dental, cardiac, and general surgery. Candidates should have experience with pediatric patients and be able to scrub for various procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. A commitment to patient safety and quality care is required. The ability to float to other departments may be necessary based on staffing needs. Previous experience in an academic or teaching hospital is preferred. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months is necessary.
