Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Stockton, CA where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting is required. Must have experience evaluating and treating geriatric patients, including fall risk assessment and mobility restoration. Demonstrated competency with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred. Current CPR certification preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Shift Pattern: 5x8 (Monday through Friday schedule reflected in shift hours). Assignment Length: 14 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
