customers including products and service questions, general
information, and complaints Communicate frequent customer
suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Make sure each customer's
complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full
customer satisfaction Create records of customer interactions and
follow up to ensure all questions have been answered Follow scripts
when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the
appropriate party when needed Qualifications: Excellent active
listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong knowledge
of customer interface and interaction High school diploma, G.E.D.
or equivalent Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 DOE
