Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through various channels
including live chats, emails, and phone calls
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and
professionally
Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM
system
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience working with customers (preferably at a
premium brand)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Experience working on a Mac computer is a plus
