We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join us at Hayden AI! Reporting to the VP, People and Culture, you will work to attract and retain talented and innovative individuals to develop and guide the strategic design and engineering priorities of the company. -Our recruiters work hand in hand with business leaders to hire the people that are experts in their fields. -Our leadership consists of a team of experts in machine learning, data science, transportation, and government technology. We help governments bridge the innovation gap by combining cutting-edge perception systems with artificial intelligence. -Supported by People & Culture, you will find, interview, and offer the next generation of Haydens.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experienceDevelop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitionsSource candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awarenessMaintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basisDrive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidatesRequirements:This will be a hybrid role that will require time in our officesYou have 7+ years of experience in recruiting at a leadership or executive levelYou have deep expertise and experience in hiring leaders in Product, Technology & Engineering (both software and hardware)You have a strong understanding of full lifecycle recruiting in a high-growth, start-up tech companyYou're a networking genius, who has a deep pool of talent upon which to gain referrals and leadsYou're a builder of relationships, and have a knack for influencing without authorityYou are comfortable working with C-suite leaders in developing leadership hiring plansYou have a track record of success in facilitating the identification and attraction of industry leading talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent planning and pipeliningJump into this ground floor opportunity with the team; help shape the strategic direction of the company.
