As a Recruiting Data Operations Specialist, you'll play an integral role working alongside the Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations, in providing analytical support for roadmaps to improve workflows. You'll learn to become a data resident expert within our applicant tracking system, iCIMS, with a strong command of how data flows through the system and support analysis of new leading opportunities-- - into integrated tools.-- -Your documented research will help process optimization. You'll collaborate with the Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in recruiting and hiring processes.-- -You'll perform root cause analysis and corrections to data sets. You'll clean and prep data to support informing hiring leaders' summer camp staff headcount.Your curiosity will lead to digging into work streams and working on short-term projects to enable success.
