continuing to grow. The Recruiting team supports hiring across the
company (Oakland, London, Washington DC) with an emphasis on
building structured hiring processes that drive diversity, equity
and inclusion. We're looking ahead to another exciting year of
growth in 2022 and we're expanding our own team in preparation.
That's where you come in! We're looking for a process-oriented
Recruiter to partner closely with a variety of hiring teams on the
business side, including People Ops, Legal, and Finance. You'll
identify and source exceptional candidates, expertly communicate
Everlaw's value proposition, and develop business partner
relationships with hiring managers and teams. And your work will

full-time non-exempt position located onsite in Oakland,
California. In your first few months you will
- Partner directly with hiring teams on the business side,
including People Ops, Legal, and Finance, to understand hiring
needs and team goals.
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes, creatively source and
engage passive candidates, and provide an exceptional candidate
experience.
- Actively participate in initiatives related to our DEIB
Roadmap, University Recruiting, and Employment Branding. -

integrate you into the company with informative sessions on our
policies, processes, and team structure and goals
- Learn, grow, and contribute right away. We trust that you will
bring experience and knowledge that will uplift the team, but we
don't expect you to know everything on Day 1. You will have time to
develop your product knowledge and get up to speed on all aspects
of Everlaw. - In your first year you will
- Become an ambassador for Everlaw both internally and
externally.
- Contribute to the growth of the company and the success of our
mission by helping to hire new Everlawyers who align with our
values and succeed in their roles.
- Help to continue building our recruiting operations foundation
for scale. About you
- You have at least 2 years of recruiting experience in an agency
or in-house (or both!).
- You have demonstrated success engaging and hiring
sourced/passive candidates and are excited to think outside the box
when it comes to attracting new candidates. -
- You are passionate about partnering with hiring managers to
build diverse teams and believe that Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion (DEI) are fundamental to a company's success.
- You have an innate sense of organization, a keen eye for
process improvements, and you excel at handling multiple
responsibilities at the same time. -
- You have an aptitude and inclination to use data to create
narratives and drive hiring decisions.
