Job Description:

Premier Talent Partners -is looking for a - Recruiter to join our client, a leading university President's Office, based -in - Oakland, CA -(in-office/hybrid) . In this role, you will be sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for multiple levels within the organization, as well as developing marketing materials, and long-range recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned recruiting professional, who is comfortable using various staffing and employment techniques to fill roles of complex scope.   • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote the company's reputation as "best place to work"
  • Develop and maintain program and marketing materials Qualifications:
    • 3+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter (either in-house recruiter or within a staffing agency)
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
    • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc)
    • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric, and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software
    • Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to unbiased and equitable hiring, with a focus on outreach to historically marginalized communities Pay Rate:
      • $95,000 - $101,000 per year Premier Talent Partners is a recruitment firm specializing in the areas of contract/temp, temp-perm, permanent, and payrolling needs across all industries, supporting equitable hiring nationwide.Pursuant to the SF Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider employment for qualified applicants with arrests and conviction records.Compensation listed is dependent on candidate skills/experience for this given role.
