Role:We're looking for a Human Resources Manager who is passionate
about our brand and what it stands for. In this role, you will work
with our HR team to design and execute a people strategy and
long-term vision for growing our team while maintaining and
strengthening our committed, collaborative, high performance
culture. We're looking for someone with experience with all aspects
of people operations and importantly to be creative, smart, and
proactive being used to dynamic business pace.Responsibilities:You
will assist the HR team in developing roadmaps, and execute key
programs on onboarding, training & development, compensation and
performance management, legal compliance and HR
administration.Responsible for all aspects of onboarding, training
and development, compensation planning and performance review
management, HR legal compliance, and employee relations.Help
enhance our cultural identify; work with the management team to
organize and execute team-building events and keep company culture
top of mind.Support our team; create and expand on HR tools and
processes, advise the executive team on employment laws, benefits
options, compensation strategies, etc.Utilize your strong HRIS
experience in measuring the success of people operation by creating
and maintaining metrics for every facet of HR.Requirements:5-7
years of hands-on experience with people operations in a fast pace
dynamic environment.Demonstrated success owning every aspect of
people operations and HR strategy.Expertise in compensation
planning and performance review management, employee relations and
employment law is required.HRIS experience and running a metrics
driven HR function is essential.Entrepreneurial drive, excellent
communication, organizational, and project management skills is
needed.Willingness to occasional travel primarily within California
as necessary.Bachelor's degree required.HR Certifications
desirable.Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per
