Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Lead to oversee the HR team and

services.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees
Lead the management of employee benefits and ensure compliance
Oversee adherence to labor laws and enhance internal
communication
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in HR management, focusing on payroll and
benefits administration
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience managing a team and collaborating with senior
leadership
Ability to work independently while driving team performance
Experience with HR systems for payroll and employee data management
is a plus
