Our client is a large, publicly traded advanced manufacturing
solutions provider. They are an industry-leader in highly
engineered machinery/ automation solutions and looking for a
Territory Sales Rep to join their team and make an immediate
impact! The Salesperson will be responsible for the management and
execution of the territories sales goals.
The ideal candidate will achieve sales success and objectives by
executing sales and developing the territory portfolio with the
resources needed to accomplish their goals. They will need strong
sales experience with a desire to develop as a sales professional
and continue to drive business and sales performance.
- Execute annual and quarterly sales objectives, and business
plans for the territory sales activity
- Responsible for the budget, expenses, product mixes, and the
overall financial performance of sales activity
- Work closely with Product Specialist, Service Managers to
provide the best possible customer experience
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Desired skills, education, and experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required;
- 3+ years of experience and success in sales, ideally within
capital equipment or solutions based sales;
- Ability and desire to learn, and understand the product
portfolio and be apart of creating a culture of winning,
collaboration/teamwork, accountability, and trust.
