We are looking for a Technical Talent Partner to join the Talent team and be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill roles within Product, Engineering & Design. The Technical Talent Partner's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring such as meeting with hiring managers, facilitating intake calls, writing job descriptions and offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. To be a successful Technical Talent Partner, you should have a good working knowledge of industry standards, technical roles, various tools and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the hiring process.


  • The Technical Talent Partner will manage the full recruiting process for technical positions across all stages of the recruiting loop, and exhibit a deep understanding of the Engineering, Product and Design departments.
  • Build a strong pipeline and sourcing strategies, using Gem and LinkedIn for key positions, with special attention focused on increasing diversity and achieving broader company goals.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to recruiting; analyze passthrough rates, time to offer, hire and fill and synthesize insights to stakeholders to illustrate trends and influence equitable outcomes
  • Foster and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal teams across the organization to support effective and strategic hiring and recruitment strategies
  • Work collaboratively and build strong internal and external relationships to effectively communicate our employer brand, value proposition and provide a high quality of customer experience to external and internal talent.
  • Demonstrate external market and hiring lifecycle expertise to provide consultative partnership and collaboration with hiring managers to plan recruiting strategy
  • Contribute ideas toward the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, interview best practices, and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and requisitions in Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure high-quality data is available for reporting and to make decisions on hiring strategy
    • 3+ years of technical full-cycle technical recruiting experience in house
    • Experience recruiting and sourcing for technical positions, including Engineering, Product and Design
    • Experience with Gem, LinkedIn, Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems, a plus
    • Creative and strategic sourcing skills using LinkedIn recruiter, URM job boards, and social media
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates.
    • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to affect hiring decisions.
      The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000-$184,000. Actual compensation within this range will vary based on experience, education, knowledge, and skills, and will be determined through the interview process according to our standard procedures and leveling. Binti strives to be in the 90th percentile of market range for a Series B company. We are also proud to offer a comprehensive perks and benefits package, as outlined below.
