TOP THINGS:
-PM experience with utilities
-worked in Electric Assets (i.e. distribution poles, transmission towers)
-working knowledge of estimating, design software (i.e. PLS-CADD, O-Calc, EES)

***Client laptop will be provided***

Gathering, defining and documenting project requirements
Clearly defining and communicating roles, responsibilities and expectations for all members of the project team
Understand deliverables and success criteria. Make sure they are accounted for in project plan.
Obtaining and defining staffing requirements and forming project teams
Independently planning all associated work to meet project goals
Providing direction and leadership to project managers and respective teams

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Expert knowledge of subject area, project management procedures and techniques.
Ability to use and define technical details of defined work.
Ability to manage budget for multiple work streams
Experience with SDLC and also process improvement programs
Demonstrated ability to work with leadership in presenting data, metric analysis
