• 10+ years of hands-on programming and integration experience using Java, Spring Camel & Spring-boot framework.
• 7+ years of strong experience developing scalable Microservices.
• Experience in leading and managing teams. Should have successfully gone through multiple roles, that include Software Developer, Senior Developer, Technical Lead and Onsite Technical Coordinator.
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure, Jenkins DevOps and CI/CD tools and processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with caching technologies like redis is preferred.
• Experience on data streaming technologies like Kafka is an added advantage.
• Experience in Jira, Confluence is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of micro-services design patterns and best practices.
• Strong Client on Testing, Quality and Automation.
• Ability to mentor and guide development team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate and drive complex technology solutions.
• Should have experience working in Agile development environment.
• Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
