• 3+ Years' quality experience in trust and estate litigation or civil litigation
• Strong interest in trust and estate litigation
• Experience doing representation of fiduciaries, beneficiaries and nonprofit organizations in contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and elder abuse matters.
• Overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participating in court proceedings.
• Candidate must have excellent writing, research, oral advocacy and discovery skills, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials.
