Job Description:
This highly regarded general practice firm is actively seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their team. The chosen candidate will work closely with companies to support their corporate governance, stock administration, and venture financing needs. Proficiency in domestic private and debt equity financing; corporate formation, maintenance and governance; and Blue Sky/securities research is essential. Candidates will also occasionally support public offerings and mergers and acquisition-related transactions. It is imperative that the chosen applicant be able to work closely and collaboratively with attorneys, other paralegals, and executive assistants within the office and throughout the firm. Candidates must have a Bachelors degree or a Paralegal Certificate. Outstanding academic credentials, as well as excellent written, verbal and technical skills, are required.
