Job Tittle: Dispatcher Avalon Transportation, LLC is a long standing and rapidly growing company that delivers premium Chauffeured services worldwide. We are seeking a qualified & experienced Dispatcher responsible for daily dispatching duties. ONSITE ONLY- Opportunity for a FT or PT candidate; must be flexible with the schedule Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 (Based on Experience) Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure all bookings are dispatched in accordance with company policy. Ensure that all customers are picked up in a timely manner. Responsible for always knowing the location of all vehicles while dispatching. Keep dispatch screen updated and coded accurately at all times. Communicate all changes and details with chauffeurs, lead dispatcher, as well as any other appropriate personnel. Oversee the checking in and out of vehicles and equipment while communicating to the appropriate source necessary repairs, damage, loss or abuse of either. Interact with office staff, managers, customers and chauffeurs to ensure the accommodation of any special requests pertaining to certain jobs. Take customer calls that include reservations, changes, and/or cancellations. Handle customer complaints courteously and efficiently while forwarding the call or information to the proper individual(s). Report an issue with a reservation, by creating an incident report. Coordinate rental vehicles when needed.
