Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring output meets quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements. Plan and coordinate production schedules, personnel, and equipment to meet operational goals. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Provide hands-on guidance and support to production staff, including onboarding, training, and performance feedback. Track and communicate team progress, identifying opportunities for improvement in methods, yield, and efficiency. Collaborate closely with QA and QC teams to maintain high product quality and support compliance efforts. Monitor material usage and manage inventory to ensure uninterrupted production with minimal downtime. Troubleshoot production issues and foster a solutions-oriented mindset among team members. Maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a medical device manufacturing. Computer literate (MS Office Suite). Understanding and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma for process improvement and problem solving is a plus. Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Experience in technical report writing and verbal communication skills. Be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
