Reporting to the Sr. VP and Chief Information Officer, the role
of the VP, IT Shared Services is responsible for leading core IT
shared service functions that are critical enablers of IT strong
alignment between business and IT from strategy through delivery to
maximize business impact on IT investments. This includes
functional regression/integration testing, performance testing,
automation and tools, software configuration management, release
management and change management and IT audit/compliance.
The VP, IT Shared Services will work with IT senior leaders to
define support needs based on the IT strategy. This includes
developing a strategy and roadmap for functions under shared
services, developing and implementing governance of enterprise
release plans and change management plans, and forecasting IT
resource demand and monitoring capacity to ensure IT can deliver on

Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering,
business or related field is required. MS or MBA is strongly
