Licensed Marriage and Family Job Responsibilities:
* Offers general counseling and therapeutic services in person
and via telehealth for individuals and families. * Works with
clients to establish short-term goals and safety planning.
Responsible for identifying emotional, psychological, and physical
risk factors * Observes, assesses and refers (within one's scope of
practice) clients' mental health symptoms to establish and document
service plans that best meet the client's needs. * Consults and
collaborates with internal as well as external agencies,
organizations and entities. Develops and maintains a working
knowledge of community resources. * Maintains updated information
regarding juvenile justice, human services, health, mental health,
legal and educational/vocational systems of care. * Performs other
duties as assigned.
