Check out our current openings below and at .Job DescriptionPositionSummary:As a Copy & Creative Manager ("Associate Creative Director"), you will be responsible for guiding creative strategy for Pandora marketing campaigns, as well as overseeing Pandora's brand voice across multiple channels, including direct response (gaining new consumers), CRM efforts through push/email (retaining and recapturing consumers), and organic social/OOH opportunities (creating brand love and awareness). You will report into a Creative Director and partner closely with our Audio/Video/Design Managers, and Operations team, looking at every project as an opportunity to bring the brand to life and to deliver music and entertainment content to millions of listeners across the country.Duties andResponsibilities:Develop creative strategies for key internal partners to tell our brand story and drive listener growth and loyalty.Model exceptional performance as a copywriter yourself, overseeing copywriting projects from concept to completion.Creative innovative, well-crafted stories for audio, display, and video, balancing the big picture with executional detail and business results.Respond to daily requests for copy assignments.Pursue knowledge of and share best practices, trends, and consumer insights.Develop strong relationships across the organization to gain an understanding of business needs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.Understand and articulate how the work responds to the goals of the creative brief and advances the brand and the business to senior leadership.Prepare the extended team for creative presentations and champion the work of the creative org.SupervisoryResponsibilities:In this role, you may have direct reports and, if so, will be responsible for both the creative and professional development of the team: fostering a fun, safe, and inspiring environment for creativity.MinimumQualifications:8+ years of experience as a copywriter in advertising, brand strategy, and/or marketing.Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and proven ability and excitement for creating engaging and persuasive copy content for a variety of marketing channels, including brand campaigns, direct response advertising, email and social media.Familiar with both display and audio copy, specifically, the dynamic differences between written and spoken word.A collaborative nature with a knack for bringing people together.Must be flexible, self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented.Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and critical thinking skills.Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to respond in a thoughtful way to a broad range of creative and business leaders.Passionate about music, podcasts, and Pandora + SiriusXM is a huge plus!Requirementsand General Skills:Good public speaking and presentation terpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced mitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.Creative writing ability.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Must have legal right to work in the U.S.Technical Skills:Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).More details about our company benefits can be found at the following link here. #benefitsOur goal at SiriusXM+Pandora is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation.
