TheBilingual (Spanish/English) Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)Clinicianworks as an adjunctive clinician on a multi-disciplinary team in supporting children who are at risk for psychiatric hospitalization or residential treatment. Seneca’s agency-wideDEI Advisory Board, Employee Resource Groups, and Language Practice Groups help our employees provide culturally and linguistically relevant services to the families we serve.Our bilingual Spanish/English employees receive an additional10% salary increaseupon passing a language proficiency exam.Serve as an adjunctive clinician on a multi-disciplinary team designed to serve clients and their families for 8 to 10 months.Provide non-traditional counseling, therapy, and targeted interventions to ensure stabilization in the home setting.Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers.Presentations to community partners as it relates to assigned youth’s treatment progressFacilitate treatment team meetings which can include youth, family members, community members, Probation Officers and/or Child Welfare WorkersParticipate in all treatment reviews, program staff meetings, and IEP meetings when necessary.Assist with planning for transportation arrangements for school, therapy appointments, and court hearings.Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and agency-assigned paperworkMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling.Eligible to register with the BBS.Bilingual Spanish/English abilities required.Own vehicle, valid California Driver’s License and insurance.Clearance of TB test, fingerprinting, and any other State/Federal requirements.Experience in working with children and their families in a variety of mental health settings, a plus.Experience providing crisis assessment, management, and interventions, a plus.Monday - FridayFull-time, flexible schedule with the ability to work some evening/weekend hours as neededSome on-call responsibilitiesStarting at $60,500 annually, commensurate with experience + 10% salary increase upon passing Spanish language proficiency examAdditional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensureAnnual performance evaluations provide the potential for a generous salary increase each year5 weeks of Paid Time off and 11 Paid HolidaysRelocation assistance may be availableComprehensive employee benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and chiropractic coverage and partially paid premiums for dependentsEmployer-paid Employee Assistance Plan403b Retirement PlanTraining stipend and professional development opportunitiesExcellent clinical training, individual and group supervision, and assistance toward licensureOpportunities to develop specialized skills, including clinical supervision and evidence-based practicesAbundant promotional opportunities across the agency in California and Washington
