Our mission is to offer our customers innovative and sustainable solutions to improve the comfort, security and energy performance of installations, infrastructure and buildings.We Deliver The Best Customer ExperienceWe Join Forces For SuccessWe Encourage InnovationWe Engage People To Develop Their TalentsWe Trust Each OtherWe Enjoy Making A Difference"At Rexel, we take the time to understand what matters most to you, this is how we build rewarding experiences and careers."- Caroline Becker, VP HRWe are seeking a Customer Solutions Leader to join our Rexel team in Oakland, CA:This position can sit either in Oakland, CA or in Fullerton, CA.Summary of Key Responsibilities:Support the branch strategy from planning to execution with regards to customer solutions, digital adoption and marketing in identified territory.Be the key point of contact for branches assigned, customers and vendors.Digital & Solutions (est. 70%)Accelerate transformation and make California #1 in Plus (connected) customers and web salesHelp transform California into a more data-driven organization with increasing employee digital adoption (participate to tech champion meetings, in person training, webinars)Create a culture of excitement and demand around digital and customer solutionsDefine and grow new markets for emerging solutions and technologiesConducts analysis to identify customer opportunitiesSupport sales teams and branches in selling and implementing customer solutions (digital, EDI, material services, VMI, TCO...)Identify customer needs, propose solutions and close ordersOwns the process from Lead Identification thru Customer AgreementWorks directly with customer and branch personnel on all pre-sale activities including but not limited to sales call, needs assessment, demos, solution recommendations, proposal, and agreement finalizationUpon finalizing customer agreement, works directly to implement and/or lead the project to implementCollaborate with sales teams to generate new and unique case studiesMarketing (est. 30%)Help branches build their marketing calendar (counter days, training, customer events, local promotions)Prepare, manage timelines and assist for local marketing initiativesAssist in analyzing activity performanceManage marketing funds for territory assignedEnsure the consistency of the merchandising.
