As an Electrical Engineer at Eko you will:Contribute to the successful volume manufacture of medical devices to detect cardiovascular conditions and improve patient careHelp design the next generation of non-invasive cardiac monitoring devicesBe responsible for electronics, sensor and system design for low power medical productsBe responsible for schematic and PCB layout Work closely with Firmware and Mechanical Engineers Maintain thorough documentation of process and testsWork collaboratively with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality teams at EkoWork with the project team to communicate requirements, risks, and cross functional issuesIdentify system product risks and mitigationsCoordinate and/or lead integration and verification effortsManage the configuration management processOrganize design reviews and provide the systems engineering content thereinCoordinate and oversee testing for various regulatory standards, such as EMC, FCC, and medical device regulationsQualifications4+ years of experience in mid/high volume manufacturing of electronic devicesBachelors' or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Knowledge of analog and digital signal processingExpertise in board level circuit design and wireless communicationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNice to HavesExperienced in ISO 13485 medical device developmentFamiliarity with Altium Designer experience in physiological sensing applicationsExperience in audio productsEko is elevating the way clinicians detect and monitor cardiac and respiratory disease by bringing together advanced sensors, patient and provider software, and AI-powered analysis.
