As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will
enhance staff experience by answering questions and processing all
check requests and employee reimbursements on a weekly basis. This
position requires further cross training on vendor invoices, credit
card payments, and bank reconciliation. The Accounts Payable

Processing invoices for payments in a timely and accurate
Researching invoice and payment discrepancies.
Communicating and assisting vendor/staff with related payment
Completing projects in a timely manner as needed by Controller,
Accounting Director, Accounting Manager, and CFO.
Crosstrain on processing staff reimbursements in
Assist in preparing daily cash report and uploading daily bank
Attend monthly A/P team meetings.
AA or Bachelors in accounting (or equivalent work
2-4 years of related accounting experience.
Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Sage 100 helpful.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in
Maintaining a strong internal control environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to multi-task and have attention to detail.
Clearance of TB test, fingerprints, and any other mandatory
