Join Seneca's training team as our New Employee Orientation (NEO) Coordinator, and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to setting up new hires for success!Seneca Family of Agencies is a nonprofit mental health agency dedicated to providing individualized, strengths-based support to children and families throughout California and Washington. Upon hire, Seneca's Institute for Advanced Practice provides high-quality training to incoming employees (currently via Zoom). This two-week long intensive New Employee Orientation provides a strong foundation for new employees, connects them to colleagues throughout the agency, and prepares them for their career at Seneca. The NEO Coordinator serves as a central point of contact for Seneca trainers and new hires, coordinating all aspects of a smooth and successful onboarding experience.Seneca Family of Agencies is committed to providing traditionally marginalized communities a network of outstanding mental health, community based, and educational services. Our programs are deeply engaged in conversations and trainings onDiversity, Equity, and Inclusionin order to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.Coordinate Seneca’s New Employee OrientationCreate and maintain annual schedule for NEO, including managing NEO trainers’ schedules, collaborating with Human Resources to monitor enrollment, securing and managing venues (in person or virtual) for training eventsCreate and distribute materials for NEO and collect required documentation from participantsPrepare all necessary training materials for an event, including handouts, sign-in sheets, evaluations and certificates, as applicable, and collaborate with the Training Coordinator monthly to submit these documents for IV-E invoicingCollaborate with the NEO trainers to update and maintain NEO curriculaCreate a welcoming environment for training events, whether in person or virtualManage a variety of smaller projects related to NEO, including Track Your Hours, CPR/1st Aid enrollment, and othersBachelor'sdegree.At least one year of experience working in an administrative role.Valid California Driver's License and insurability by Seneca's automobile insurance carrier.Fulfillment of TB test, fingerprinting and state clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.Exceptional organizational, writing and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and AV equipment.Excellent time management skills and demonstrated flexibility.Ability to prioritize and work on a variety of projects at once.Full-time, Monday - FridayStarting at $22.25 per hour10% salary increase upon passing Spanish language proficiency examAnnual performance evaluations provide the potential for a generous salary increase each yearComprehensive employee benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and chiropractic coverage, as well as partially paid premiums for dependents.Employer-paid Employee Assistance PlanScholarship opportunities, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities4 weeks of flexible Paid Time OffWe provide a 403b retirement planEmployment opportunities are, and shall be open to all qualified applicants solely on the basis of their experience, aptitudes and abilities.
