Department Description: Buy to Pay Sourcing * Intern Project
Description: This position requires the following skill sets:
Analytics, Negotiations, EQ, Business Process Redesign, & Category
Management. * Responsible for assisting Contract Manager for
sourcing activities for Ground Ambulance RFP * Help develop metrics
to analyze supplier total cost to KP * Perform financial, cost and
spend analysis: Conceives, creates and validates complex,
multi-variable/multi-dimensional spreadsheets. Maximizes efficiency
by applying mathematical functions to analyses, as appropriate.
Independently determines cost elements to include/analyze. Analysis
of functional statements and cost structure with some supervision.
Utilizes internal and external benchmarks to get results by
developing meaningful and valid comparisons. * Conduct market
research, as well as create cost estimates and forecasts.
* Target majors: * The position requires strong product
management skills, high level for learning, an ability to move at a
face pace, flexibility, comfort with ambiguity and stakeholder
management skills. * Health care experience preferred. * Ability to
draft and revise documents including analyses and reports. * High
