We're seeking a Community Loan Officer to market residential
loan programs to low and moderate income borrowers. By engaging and
actively participating in related business development activities,
you will build awareness and cultivate loan growth in targeted
- Originate creditworthy home loans in designated low and
moderate income areas.
- Perform regular and continuous broker calls and follow-up on
referrals and direct inquiries.
- Understand client's needs by analyzing financial, earnings, and
credit data to advise on loan scenarios and risk level.
- Ensure the timely processing and funding of loans.
- Gain exposure by crafting and leading training and information
programs for local community groups.
- Develop internal and external working relationships that
positively impact department efforts and Bank goals.
- Develop and implement a marketing territory to educate the
community regarding the Bank's CRA programs and efforts.
- Provide sales and product training to Community Banking
branches as needed
The right candidate will have:
- 3+ years' experience in residential real estate
- Knowledge of multiple loan types
- A successful sales track record with established and nurtured
- Consultative, negotiation, and organizational skills
This position may be subject to SAFE Act Registration
