SUMMARY: Provides support to end users for devices, systems, and
applications; monitors systems and alarms, performs operational
tasks, provision and deprovision user access.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are the duties performed by
employees in this classification. However, employees may perform
other related duties at an equivalent level. Not all duties listed
are necessarily performed by each individual in the
Analyze, identify, and resolve problems related to end user
devices, systems, and applications.
Performs user provisioning, deprovisioning, and administration
for various systems and applications.
Participates in providing technical assistance to end users
regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Monitors IT systems involving security, infrastructure, and
Performs IT operational duties on various applications and
Maintains IT issue tracking and operational log records.
Assists with communication to/from IT staff and/or vendors.
Assists with AHS communications to monitor Life Safety systems
and events when needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Required Experience: Three years of increasing technical
experience in an Information Technology including IT Help
Desk/Service Desk, desktop support, and network support.
Preferred Licenses/Certifications: CompTIA A+, +, Cisco CCENT,
HDI, or ITIL.
