Roofstock is looking for a Seller Account Executive to join our
highly accomplished Business Development Team. This position will
report into the Retail Supply Manager. In this role you will be
working directly with owners of investment properties and close
them on the benefits of selling their properties through our
marketplace. We have a high volume of inbound seller leads and you
will be taking them from the initial valuation of their property
all the way through the listing, marketing, and sale of their
property. You will also be responsible for sourcing new sellers to
Roofstock by implementing outbound strategies and processes. You
will be working with everyone from individuals that own one
property to investment groups that own dozens of properties.
As our ideal candidate, you are a self-starter with experience
in an account executive/closing role. You have strong communication
skills and superior listening skills enabling you to understand
what the client needs. You are innovative in your approach to
solving problems and have a solution driven mindset that enables
you to use all available resources to create solutions to complex
problems. You are a closer and does whatever it takes to succeed
while creating a great experience for the customer.

What You Will Do:
- Speak to owners of investment properties through scheduled
appointments and outbound calls
- Educate property owners on our value proposition and the
benefits of using Roofstock to market and sell their
- Move properties from valuation to signed listing and through
the marketing and sale of that property
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients and developing strong
relationships through regular contact, and providing a white glove
- Formulate and execute strategies to maximize efficiency and
execution for prospective clients
- Build strategies to create and nurture an outbound pipeline of
sellers (~25% of pipeline)

- Minimum 3 years' experience in an inside sales role
- Real Estate License Mandatory
- Proven record of exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional closing skills
- Strong understanding of investment terms and valuation of real
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Strong team player - you are willing to pitch in where
- Proficient in using Salesforce
