Job Summary:

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking an experienced professional to join the data and research team who will be responsible for growth and customer success of the RADAR analytics suite of products. The Product Operations Manager, RADAR Data Products will be responsible for product adoption and management, focusing on operational efficiency and the customer experience of RADAR products and key features. This is a multidisciplinary position, blending elements of research, operations, technology, and analytics tasked with driving successful campaign delivery, performance, and oversight of out of home (OOH) campaigns that utilize RADAR data products on a growing set of automated and real-time biddable digital OOH programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Push boundaries of innovation, driving continuous improvements for the development of RADAR products for measurement, planning and cross-channel amplification.

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the RADAR product suite, establishing and monitoring key metrics to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction; partnering with Marketing, Programmatic, Product Marketing + Sales on developing Go-to-Market strategies to drive business adoption across key initiatives.

  • Analyze profit and loss for key RADAR Data Products; reconcile campaign usage and adoption data for proper performance modeling every month.

  • Conduct in-market research with agency buyers, advertiser customers and platform partners in order to assess marketplace needs and prioritize them for product/feature development.

  • Evaluate and recommend technology partners to ensure RADAR remains competitive and industry-leading for all RTB & programmatic OOH campaigns, across all parts of the campaign lifecycle - concepting, planning, development, implementation & optimization.

  • Triage and prioritize feature requests or issues based on immediate revenue opportunity and enterprise value to the business.

  • Partner with internal teams to write Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Product Requirements Documentation (PRD), and lead data and business intelligence systems (i.e., requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation, issue identification and resolution, and launch)

  • Other projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field.

  • Advance degree preferred.

Work Experience

  • Minimum three years working in a mobile-heavy or data-centric role, working with mobile technology (i.e., platforms, products, and monetization)

  • Understanding of the principles of ad serving, analytics, programmatic, RTB / DSPs / SSPs / DMPs

  • Experience in scoping, querying and conducting summary analysis for ad hoc information requests.

  • Experience with data analysis, enterprise data warehousing, SQL querying and executive dashboard design


  • Advanced technology skills and well-versed in JIRA, SalesForce and Microsoft applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media platforms.

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Solid understanding of relevant campaign metrics, including conversion tracking.

  • Able to accurately assess situations, perform root cause analysis and provide solutions.

  • Able to think things through and develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiency.

Physical Demands

The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

  • Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands;

  • Must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus;

  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.

Other Requirements

  • Able to travel outside of the office 10-15 of the time, if necessary and when business travel resumes.

  • Willingness to work in a corporate office, with safe Covid-19 protocol guidelines being followed.
