The Customer Success team works closely with many groups in the organization, working as experts on Marqetas platform and trusted advisors to help our customers leverage our technology to drive growth.This position requires a proactive, resourceful team player who has the ability to take ownership of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to see those initiatives to completion while streamlining processes and allowing our team to scale the growth of our business. No day is the same in this role, as the Customer Success team is key to working across our partners, customers, and organization to drive innovation in the industry.What you'll doThis role performs a wide range of activities - here are a few of the essential qualifications and characteristics:Organization Master: Staying on top of all matters in-flight by documenting, tracking, and supporting the daily functioning and operations of customer programs. Attention to detail and professionalism is key in all communications. You'll be responsible for monthly customer-centric content to keep the broader organization apprised of customer updates, key metrics, and other information pertinent to the Customer Success team.Self-Starter: You dont sit around and wait for things to happen. Youre proactive about getting the necessary tasks done while also anticipating needs before they arise. You add strategic value to the team by identifying opportunities to drive business process improvements.Curious Questioner: Your passion for knowledge and learning drives you to constantly dig deeper to understand your customers, Marqeta, our technology, and the payments industry. Come to the table with suggestions rather than problems. Strategic Connector: Build relationships and navigate internal teams in order to get answers, drive progress, and create solutions in a timely mannerFinTech Fascination: You want to develop a deep knowledge of disruption in the payments space while working with the top innovators in the space.What we're looking for2-5 years of experience working in Sales Operations, Business Development, or Account Management.
