That's why Hemmersbach is The Social Purpose IT Company.Your TasksDesk Side Support Technician with 2+ years of experience in supporting end users in an office and Lab environment in the Swiftwater PA area. Candidates should have the skills and requirements listed below. Candidate should be willing to support both an office and Lab environment. Position will be 40 hours a week for 6 months with extensions.Rate as a 1099 contractor to start will be $25/hr.Staffed Technicians responding to tickets within Ticketing Tool. Following services are in scope:IMAC/DBreak/Fix or Hands &EyesOnsite SupportNetwork Hands & Eyes (smart hands and eyes)Project ServicesVIP Users SupportIT Vending MachinesIT KiosksDevice Deployment and Depot ManagementAdministration of A/CMDBOur RequirementsAs a minimum, each onsite support Desk Side Tech shall have the following skillset:Good customer facing skills and be well presentedIndependent and pro-active thinkingBuilds effective relationships both within the team and across the business and Professional ServicesAble to work to specified standards and required levels of deportment, conduct, and sound ethical workplace practicesAble to work alone and unsupervised, taking the initiative when necessaryOrganizes and prioritizes work appropriatelyExperience of using a Call Logging systemGood working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and related Office applicationsExperience with assignment systems and end users to AD groupsExperience with VPNSupport experience of MACs would be beneficialKnowledge of mobile devices - Android and iOSExperience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components.Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous during troubleshooting, H&E supportAbility to replace defective parts, as identified by TCSExcellent hands on experience in installation and troubleshooting DC equipment's, Rack and Stack of the DC equipment/cableValid driving licenseExcellent communication are mandatory in English and local language; regional language support would be a plus36 months of experience in IT field is requiredEngineer's background check and drug test is requiredYour BenefitsWe offer a support package that includes:Medical coverageDental & Vision coverageLife InsuranceShort & Long Term disability insurance401KPTO
