THE POSITIONThe Greenlining Institute seeks a highly reliable,
collaborative, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to
leverage his/her/their sourcing and recruitment skills and advanced
coordination abilities to help the organization attract, interview,
and hire top talent. This role will work alongside an energetic and
high-achieving team of Human Resource and Talent Development
professionals, as well as hiring managers, executives, and managers
to fulfill Greenlining's growing organization.MAJOR AREAS OF
RESPONSIBILITYEmployer Branding
- Provide Greenlining's history and context around its
organizational growth
- Maintain, respond, and address all job platform inquiries,
comments, and feedback in an effort to stay engaged with
prospective staff members(Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed,
ZipRecruiter,etc)
- Provide administrative support for all talent acquisition
initiatives to include the coordination and follow through of
interviews both internally and externally
- Ensure the update and accuracy of internal recruiting systems
for career pathing of staff members to include ATS maintenance and
monitoringJob Posting
- Provide prompt response to job openings by creating the initial
draft of all job postings for hiring managers
- Conduct market salary analysis for each position to recommend
salary range to VP of HR & Talent & hiring manager
- Support in the coordination of application and interview
logistics including but not limited to: ensuring easy apply methods
for internal and external candidates, creating automatic responses
to acknowledge applicants while sourcing, creating decline and next
step responses for viable candidates, coordinating interview times
and calendar invites for all interviewers, and taking interview
notes for all candidates. ATS Management
- Work alongside HR Team, ensure proper and efficient recruitment
workflows are developed and utilized in the ATS system
- Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the
system and coordinate with VP of HR & Talent as needed
- Handle basic administrative functions including user
maintenance (hiring managers), generation of reports and
dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks to
support talent acquisition efforts
- Train new users (hiring managers) on the ATS system
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- 1-2 years of experience with ATS management strongly
preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing qualified candidates
strongly preferred
- 1-2 years experience in interview coordination or similar
administrative support role preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of racial justice issues and commitment to
championing causes that serve communities of color through the
recruitment process
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational planning and
administrative support
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including flexibility and the
ability to listen, negotiate and collaborate with various
stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and be both creative and
strategic when confronted with complex and multifaceted
opportunities and challenges in talent acquisition
- A positive attitude, compassion, and strong team-oriented work
ethic
- Proficient in Google Suite and Excel
- Ability and willingness to travel, as needed, to hiring events
and recruitment conferences throughout the state and possibly other
locationsSalary Range: $70,000-$80,000
