within our HR Team where you will have the opportunity to build and
shape our HR People Partner practices in order to provide excellent
support to our Technical & Success teams [or] Sales & Marketing
teams and to help execute on our people strategies.Reporting to the
Director of HR, you will work closely with senior leadership as a
trusted advisor to drive development and execution of a strategy
aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate
cross-functionally on projects to drive performance, engagement,
and equity across the organization. -You'll use both your strategic
and tactical skills in driving the people strategy at Everlaw; you
understand the importance of functional excellence through
thoughtful and holistic design, execution with rigor, and
continuous improvements to make lasting impact. You're excited to
be a champion of all People Programs, including manager coaching,
performance management, and career development through the lens of
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.You will work closely
with the HR Generalists also assigned to your partner teams,
providing coaching and guidance to help them develop as HR
