Job Description:
Everlaw is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our
rapidly-growing Product team! In this role, you will be responsible
for thinking deeply about how to build educational content -for
Everlaw's robust product Certification Program, serving both
internal and external users. You'll step into a dynamic position
that spans organization-wide onboarding, product enablement, and
user education functions.
You will report to our Instructional Design Manager and collaborate
with the Product Team to become an expert in Everlaw and translate
technical concepts into engaging learning materials and
experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts and
stakeholders to build programming based on learner needs that
evolve as Everlaw's product and company continue to grow. It is the
Instructional Designer's mission to ensure all learners have the
product knowledge necessary to excel in their roles!

This is a full-time exempt position -based in our -Oakland,
California -office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th
with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.
