Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Coordinator is a conceptual
thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. The
HR Coordinator will provide support to HR department by performing
various administrative and clerical tasks. The individual must be
reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability
to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment. The
position Supports the Human Resources Department in specific areas
of HR services including filing, HRIS system data entry, clerical
support, benefits, Worker's Compensation, special projects and
related administrative duties. Essential Duties and
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and
duties and provide administrative support to Human Resources team
members
- Process HR vendor invoices for payment with accounting. Title
IV training documentation
- Maintain and audit Personnel Files, I-9 Binder, HRIS.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel
activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances,
performance evaluations, compliance filings, etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule
interviews
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility
verifications. Work closely with the team to ensure all
pre-employment screening has been completed.
- Administer New hire onboarding including New Hire Paperwork
- Provide employee support for benefits administration
enrollment, benefits system administration, and benefits invoice
reconciliation.
- Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations
process.
- Develop and maintain employee files, Community Care Licensing
(CCL) and other pertinent employee information. Manage and maintain
hard copies and electronic copies.
- Implements new hire orientation and
- Manage COVID protocol process and all reporting documents with
Med Expert
- Lead HR efforts in preparing and responding to internal and
external audits
- Respond to HR Inbox and HR ticketing system
- Provide support with employment verifications, loan
forgiveness, vacation buy back, and bereavement leaves docs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND POSITION COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related preferred
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices and knowledge
of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within HR
desired.

- COMPUTER and TECHNOLOGY SKILLS - Proficiency with MS Office
applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

use of current technology.
