We're looking for a customer support coordinator who is excited about helping customers have amazing experiences with GreenBiz products. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem solver, who collaborates to iterate based on lessons learned, and loves connecting with people. The below responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of the responsibilities of this role and additional duties may be assigned as business needs for this position evolve. Overall compensation (base salary plus discretionary bonus) for this role will be provided commensurate with years of experience and qualifications within the following range: $70,000 - $90,000 plus health and wellness benefits. Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers to best understand needs and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations and web teams to ensure continuous improvement in our engagement processes and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer support inquiries from a variety of channels
  • Providing prompt, professional and friendly support to customers — by phone, email and in-person
  • Maintaining and creating new documentation for customer support workflows, responses and policies
  • Diligently following up with customers and internal team members in an enthusiastic and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with various departments to streamline workflows, develop or extend customer support policies
  • Tracking and providing data on customer support cases for marketing, finance, and other teams
  • Coordinate registration on site in collaboration with event operations team, including training registration volunteers
  • Processing payments, refunds and credit memos and working with the finance team to assist customers in this area for complex purchases.Requirements
    • BA or equivalent experience, 2-3 years of relevant work experience
    • Demonstrated commitment to helping people and resolving issues, including those that require independent thinking and sound judgment skills
    • Exceptional relationship building and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Quick thinking, learning and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong computer skills
    • Comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders to ensure the best process possible
