Overview:
The Member Solution Specialist is responsible for delivering high
quality member service while focusing on complex issues and using
their knowledge of our multiple products to maximize member
participation. - This role will -serves -as a subject matter expert
to the membership and creating an outstanding member experience by
resolving member service needs and delivering expertise in all of
our products and services. As a Member Solution Specialist in our
-branches -you will have the chance to make a difference in the
lives of every member you serve. - - -
Responsibilities:
Offer best in class service to our members through prompt,
efficient, courteous, and professional interactions. -Act as a
Subject Matter Expert in our products and services offerings, and
in our new accounts and consumer lending processes. -Build our
members' financial health through conducting thorough consumer
loan, home loan, and new account interviews using available tools
to uncover financial needs and submit applications as needed.
-Engage members in an in-depth financial health evaluation using
available tools to recommend and open appropriate products and
services. -Support community relationships and partner with
businesses within the community. - -Assist members with complex
financial transactions and accounts and ensure their needs are met
through proactive follow up and resolution. - -Advise our members
in the areas of debt management, credit advancement, mortgages, and
overall financial well-being. - -Adopt new and existing tools that
will enhance the member experience and consultation process.
-Advocate member adoption of new technology, campaigns, promotions,
and digital products. -Connect our members with experts in
Financial Services (investments), Home Loans, and Insurance to
assess known and unknown needs that will help our members achieve
financial freedom. -Be a resource to train new and existing team
members as needed - -Understand and comply with all applicable
federal and state laws and banking regulations (including those
related to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering
compliance) and Patelco Credit Union's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or -associated field, or
equivalent work experience -Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience
in financial services or sales-oriented environment required
-Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite of products -Maintain
eligibility for NMLS, Medallion and Notary certifications. -Service
Passion, Integrity, and Resourcefulness. -Eagerness to learn and a
drive for continuous improvement. -Excellent verbal, written and
interpersonal communication skills to foster internal and external
business relationships -Ability to be professional and empathetic
in all interactions. -Ability to operate as a self -starter with
strong organizational skills - -Willing and able to be flexible and
adapt to changing job requirements. -Technically savvy with
smartphone operating systems, PCs, -and email systems. -Flexible
work schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays. -BA or BS in
business, finance, or associated field, or equivalent work
experience -Must be williing to travelUnderstand and comply with
all applicable federal and state laws and banking regulations
(including those related to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money

procedures.
