Who You AreYou are a customer experience coordinator who enjoys being front and center with our customers and our veterinarians, helping troubleshoot issues while adeptly navigating our systems, all while providing an 11-star experience.You love animals, you care about their well-being and you not only have an affinity for helping pets, but people as well! You have a background serving customers or clients and have demonstrated patience and empathy. You are not shy about pointing out problems and enjoy finding creative solutions in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, adaptive, and take pride in your work.Responsibilities:Field and respond to member inquiries via email (70%), Social (15%) and Live Chat (15%)Help onboard new veterinarians, ensuring they are properly set up with our systems and comfortable treating our petsEducate members on our products, services and pricingAct as the point of contact for all veterinary questions, responding in a timely and professional mannerLiaise directly with our warehouse team, driving timely order fulfillmentBe the eyes and ears of our customers and veterinarians, alerting management about issues and amplifying pain points to the organization.Help drive process improvements across veterinary training, customer service and our platformsFind creative, fun, and professional ways to surprise our customersWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Ability to work M-FSome experience in a customer service or client service roleAbility to think quickly and work autonomouslyStrong organizational skills and careful attention to detailQualifications:B.A. or college degree1-2 years experience in a customer or client-facing roleBonus Points:Have worked with Shopify, Gorgias and proprietary EMRsYou have a pet!Benefits:Remote through 2021 (Hybrid in San Francisco, East Bay area in 2022)Competitive compensationFlexible PTOHealth, Dental and Vision InsurancePet-friendly office
