Description:
MHS Operations Support Supplier shall assist in centralizing hospital-wide and system-wide structure Supplier shall assist in cost reduction projects Supplier shall provide system-wide, hospital-wide, department(s) specific definition and operationalization of productivity standards Supplier shall provide system-wide, hospital-wide and at department level as appropriate, refine, develop and implement workflow processes Supplier shall develop department specific measure metrics and structure and processes for accountability around metrics Supplier shall represent COO at committees giving direction to centralized processes/systems Supplier shall represent COO at construction meetings to ensure that MHS' operational workflow is unobstructed, and a communication plan is developed and distributed in a timely manner Supplier shall provide other duties and projects as assigned consistent with hospital and system-wide operations for efficiency and sustainability, as well as the development of structure, processes, efficiencies in all aspects of hospital operations , , Supplier shall represent COO at construction meetings to ensure that MHS' operational workflow is unobstructed, and a communication plan is developed and distributed in a timely manner , , Supplier shall provide other duties and projects as assigned consistent with hospital and system-wide operations for efficiency and sustainability, as well as the development of structure, processes, efficiencies in all aspects of hospital operations

Required Education Level
" High School Diploma or General Education Development
" Bachelor's degree Preferred

Top Daily Responsibilities:
" Supports onboarding of new hires and ensure access to all internal KP interface and technology.
" Ensures compliance with Advance Care at Home Hub (ACAH) procedures and policies; effective utilization of personnel, materials, and equipment (E.g., supply couriering to patients, order patient facing materials, maintain confidentiality agreements).
" Interfaces with KP employees across multiple organizations and external parties as a liaison for the department/function.
" Provides complex administrative and project support to management.
" Utilize project management techniques and tools to independently resolve scheduling issues and maintain events calendar.
" Maintain necessary medical supplies and inventory; submit request for additional supplies as needed.

" Has a high degree of organizational skills to ensure follow-through on commitments
" Readily takes action to address issues, asking for input and support when needed

" Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Any specific system requirement or knowledge?
" Advanced knowledge of Excel to create more complex spreadsheets and reports.
" Uses intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Project and/or PowerPoint to create more complex presentation materials with graphs, illustrations, etc., reviews content for accuracy and KP established formatting
