Customer Service Associate - We are looking for a -Customer Service -Associate -to join our team developing and implementing our marketing -campaigns throughout the greater area. -The -Customer Service -Associate -will receive comprehensive training on customer service, all promotional marketing -strategies, tailored product messaging, brand -management, how to educate and engage consumers on client's products, and reporting the results back to the -management -team. - Customer Service -Associate -Responsibilities:

• Learn and retain pertinent product knowledge for our brands
• Follow -retail -partners guidelines
• Execute campaign setups, maintenance, and breakdowns
• Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers Customer Service -Associate -Requirements:
• 1-2 years of sales, -marketing -or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to apply constructive feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced -marketing -and sales environment
